(“Integritas”) was formed in May 2007 by key individuals who had previously acquired extensive experience in the IT industry with leading consulting organizations including HP, EDS, CGI, IBM, Compaq, Digital, DMR, and Fujitsu. Our vision was to create an IT services business to provide our clients with skilled and experienced consultants as well as the collateral, intellectual property, mentorship, methodologies and team environment to deliver complete and pragmatic solutions at exceptional value.

Our approach is to leverage industry best practices (i.e. PMI®, ITIL®, COBIT®, CMMi® , TOGAF®, etc.) to provide customized solutions for our clients. We recognize that all customer environments are different, as such we provide our clients with starting points and frameworks that can be quickly customized to meet their specific needs and challenges.
Further, our experience has taught us that the most effective IT solutions are those that are pragmatic, focused on quick-wins and incremental improvement, and leverage existing IT assets.
