Helen Gilbertson – ITIL®
Helen has extensive training and practical experience in IT Service Management and Project Management and has completed her ITIL® Expert, ISO/IEC20000® Consultant, COBIT® and Prosci Change Management Certifications. She demonstrates strong abilities to collaborate and continuously improve through training and experience and develop herself and her teams.
Helen has delivered many training courses, educational, and awareness sessions to employees across Canada, USA and in India. She developed and delivered the training both in classroom and through online conference facilities. In her role of Process Owner and Project Management at IBM Global Services she delivered ITSM Process training to 5000+ employees, customers and vendor staff. She is currently a certified ITIL® trainer through Loyalist Certification Services and ISACA.
She brings many years of experience in developing, implementing, monitoring and improving processes including incident, problem, change, availability management, capacity management and many others which she leverages in the delivery of her training courses to “make them real”
Glenn LeClair – ITIL®
Glenn is an experienced professional trainer and adult educator. He leverages his practical consulting experience and education to deliver a high interest, high quality attendee experience. Glenn is a Certified Management Consultant, ITIL® V3 Expert, author and popular conference speaker. He is a former faculty member of Humber College, the HDI, and the ITSMF Fusion conference.
Glenn has been delivering ITIL® training for the last 10 years, and has trained hundreds of students across North America for Fujitsu Consulting, HP, and Global Knowledge. He has also designed and delivered custom material for ITIL®, IT Governance, and service management software implementation. He has implemented ITIL® Best Practices in a wide variety of industry verticals across North America, and draws on this experience to bring the “Real World” to his students. He is accredited as an instructor by EXIN, Loyalist Certification Services and PeopleCert.
