This 3-day course introduces the concepts of IT Service Management (ITSM) based on Version 3 of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL®). It describes the IT Service Management Lifecycle and reinforces traditional classroom learning with ITIL® simulation as a high-impact, energetic way to accelerate understanding, involvement, and acceptance of ITSM and ITIL® best practice. The use of simulation brings to life the behavioral and process issues faced by IT organizations. This is done through realistic ITIL® simulation scenarios to which participants can directly relate and have actual experience with.
Our ITIL® V3 Foundation courseware has been fully accredited by the EXIN Examination Institute and is delivered by accredited instructors. The 3-day course is 50 percent lecture and 50 percent interactive simulation and discussion of the learnings. The optional ITIL® Version 3 Foundation Certification Exam is administered at the end of the course.
