Wayne Stark, Managing Principal

Managing Principal with Integritas Solutions Inc., Wayne has over twenty-five years of business and IT experience.  Prior to joining Integritas, Wayne was a Client Principal with Hewlett-Packard Consulting focusing on developing and deploying high value technology solutions for customers in Western Canada.

Wayne has spent the last twelve years in consultative sales with large, enterprise customers across a broad range of industries. He brings a pragmatic, business centric approach to meeting his customers’ technology needs and is focused on ensuring client satisfaction in all phases of the sales and delivery cycle.

Derek Gillard, ITSM Practice Principal

Derek has more than 22 years of practical business and IT experience having consulted with many large, enterprise clients on ITSM solutions across many industry verticals. He is a certified ITIL V3 Expert and has extensive, hands-on experience designing and implementing a variety of solutions across many ITSM disciplines.

Derek has provided consulting services to some of the largest Canadian companies in various industries, including Financial Services, Provincial and Local Government, Airline, Telecommunications, and Health Care.

Jim MacNaughton, Program Leadership Practice Principal

Jim has been involved in the Information Technology profession since the early 1970’s as an analyst, project manager, program manager, operations manager and consultant.  Jim has worked in the eras of mainframes, minicomputers and client/server technologies, watched the advent and growth of personal computing, the emergence of large scale ERP systems and the growth of third party software solutions, and is currently participating in the implementation of Software as a Service (SaaS) and cloud computing.

He has worked in numerous companies and industries including a variety government departments and agencies as well as the transportation, electrical distribution, financial services, telecommunications, oil and gas and mining industries.  Over the years Jim has developed deep interest in the importance and impact that human relationship has in the successful delivery of system implementations. As the Program Leadership Practice Principal Jim brings all of the above experience to providing value-added service to Integritas’s clients and a developmental approach to creating our talented and capable pool of delivery experts.  In this way Integritas is able to consistently provide its clients with superior skilled delivery personal who in turn are able to achieve positive business results for their clients.

Helen Gilbertson, ITSM Practice Principal

Helen has extensive training and practical experience in IT Service Management and Project Management and has completed her  ITIL Expert,  ISO/IEC20000 Consultant, COBIT and Prosci Change Management Certifications.

She demonstrates strong abilities to collaborate and continuously improve through training and experience and in her ability to develop herself and her teams.  She has extensive skills and expertise in the areas of strategic planning, customer service management, vendor management, business administration, IT Service Management, Practice Management (Professional Services Organization), and various other areas within the IT Service Management and d90oooerelivery disciplines.  Helen has delivered many training courses and education and awareness sessions to employees across Canada, USA and to foreign students in India.  She developed and delivered the training both in classroom and through online conference facilities.

Kearan Roy, Delivery Management

Kearan Roy, a Delivery Manager with Integritas Solutions Inc., has over 24 years of business and IT industry experience.  Prior to joining Integritas, Kearan was a Senior Project Manager with Hewlett Packard where, for the past 12 years, she has lead large scale software and infrastructure projects.  Kearan has extensive experience managing the implementation of IT solutions in a variety of business environments.  She has managed global deployment teams in the successful implementation of major infrastructure, software, and telecommunications projects.

Larry Lall, Client Principal

Client Principal at Integritas Solutions Inc. with over 26 years of practical business and IT experience. Larry has been a vendor, a customer, worked internationally, has extensive management and technical experience, and successfully delivered many programs / projects having successfully used a holistic approach to business and IT. Larry is truly equipped to understand your business; your business needs and can translate these business needs into tangible IT deliverables. He therefore brings a unique perspective and experience to his role and client engagements. Larry has provided consulting and delivery services to the following business verticals: Information Technology, Telecommunications, Provincial and Local Government, Financial Services, Education and Conglomerate.

Anika Gingrich, Administration and Training

Anika enjoys working with people and numbers. High service orientation for our clients and our team profits from her excellent communication and organizational skills. Anika offers a diversified background in management, accounting and marketing for the public and private sector.
