Integritas Solutions Inc.’s Leadership and Professional Development Practice is designed to improve skills in communication, consulting and leadership. We assume that you have tremendous practical technical skills as a PM, BA, QA or other IT professional. Our goal is to provide IT professionals with the skills to become trusted leaders and advisors within their organization. At the core of the Powerful Professionals Training Program is a 2-day highly interactive workshop that provides significant value in and of itself. The content of the workshop has been built and modified over time based on data and input received from the over 60,000 professionals who have been involved in Powerful Professionals as participants or 360 respondents. The workshop uses engaging presentations, group discussions and experiential-based practice sessions to ensure that the learning is directly applicable to the participants’ IT professional experience.
